Delete your Zemra account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Here's how.
Delete it in the app
- 1Open Zemra and sign in.
- 2Go to Settings.
- 3Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Can't access the app?
Email us from the address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted
- Your profile, photos and prompts are removed from Zemra immediately.
- Your matches, likes and messages are deleted.
- Your verification data is deleted.
What we may keep
- Limited records we're legally required to keep, such as purchase records, and information needed to prevent banned users from returning.
- Backups are fully deleted within 90 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or your Apple ID settings to avoid further charges.
