Zemra is a dating app for Albanians and people who love Albanian culture, wherever they live. You can discover people, match, chat and get daily curated suggestions.

Yes. Creating a profile, discovering people, matching and chatting are free. Free members get 5 likes and 1 Fire Like each day. Zemra Premium is optional and unlocks extra features.

Anyone aged 18 or over. Zemra is built around the Albanian community, but everyone who respects our community guidelines is welcome.

Zemra is available for Android on Google Play and is coming soon to iPhone on the App Store.

Zemra is available in 10 languages, including Albanian (Shqip) and English. You can change the language at any time in Settings.

Verification keeps Zemra free of fake profiles. A short face scan confirms you're a real person and that you match your photos. Your profile only becomes visible to others once you're verified.

In the app you'll be asked to take a quick face scan with your front camera. We compare it with your profile photos and, if they match, you get the verified badge — usually within seconds.

Try again somewhere well lit, with your face clearly visible and no sunglasses or hats. Make sure your profile photos clearly show your face. If it still doesn't work, contact support.

You can skip it for now and set up your profile, but your profile stays hidden until you verify. Unverified accounts are suspended after 14 days.

Open their profile or your chat with them and tap the menu to report or block. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours, and blocking removes them from your matches, chats and discovery straight away.

No. Zemra only ever shows an approximate area, never your exact address, and you can turn location sharing off.

A Fire Like is a stronger way to show interest — it puts you at the top of the other person's list. Free members get 1 a day, Premium members get 5 a day, and you can buy extra packs in the app.

Matchmaker is a Premium feature that picks your most compatible matches each day, based on your preferences and profile.

Yes. You can keep your profile as a private draft and publish it when you're ready, from Security & Privacy in the app.

Premium includes seeing who liked you, unlimited likes, 5 Fire Likes a day, Matchmaker, the Match Assistant, the AI Assistant and advanced privacy controls.

Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. The Weekly Pass is a one-off purchase that unlocks 7 days of Premium and does not renew. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting your Zemra account does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple, so refunds follow their policies. You can request one through Google Play or at reportaproblem.apple.com.

In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. If you can't access the app, see our account deletion page for other options.

Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and follow the code we email you to set a new one.

Accounts are suspended if they aren't verified within 14 days, or blocked for breaking our Terms of Use. If you think this is a mistake, contact support from the email address on your account.
